I’m up in Shepherds Bush by the green, so I sometimes walk down towards Olympia, and the scale of what they’re doing is absolutely wild
Heatherwick is really going to town on this isn’t he.
Say what you will, but it will look amazing when finished as they are a company that does not do boring glass or brick boxes.
Looks fantastic
It’s a really cool development and if everything that is proposed gets built then it will have benefits to the local community too.
The floor plate for the office spaces isn’t going to work very well unless the floors are divided as the area is so huge that you have these big dead / dark zones in the middle of the space that will need judicious lighting.
The common spaces will be good however.
