  3. Does anyone know what the standard is in New York for incarceration and how soon after conviction in cases like Trump’s? With no prior convictions as well?

    I’d imagine the judge will follow the norm as much as possible to reduce any appearance of bias for an appeal. May take the numerous gag order violations into account as well.

  8. If the jury finds him guilty he should serve the same amount of time the Judge would give any other defendant. I would say even more because he should be held to a higher standard. Unfortunately i fear the judge will just give probation.

  9. I still dont understand why at 80 years old and supposedly a billionaire he decided he wanted to run for president again. Like statistically hes on borrowed time at this point so what does the white house have that he would rather be there than some mansion somewhere eating cheeseburgers, hiring hookers, and quite frankly doing whatever he wants without public scrutiny?
