  1. I wonder if Kompany is going to be able to have some pull with recruiting Belgian players to Bayern. Would be nice if he was able to convince Onana to be our next #6.

  2. I just read a tweet saying that Eberls position internally is already strained because of him bringing Kompany in.

  3. The Bild article about our spendings on coaches is just disingenuous journalsm from them as usual. Why tf would you include salaries? Like what are we supposed to do, not pay our coaches any money?

The real number of severances and compensation is bad enough, no need to artificially inflate it.

  4. Imagine Musiala, Wirtz, Quedraogo, Simons, Wanner all being at our club in 2025 and onwards. That would be Madrid levels of being stacked in one position. And let’s not forget guys like Zvonorek or Fernandez.

I doubt we pull it off but a man can dream.

  5. Suggestion: Can we have Discussion Threads dedicated for the EUROs or maybe even the German NT here?

Mainly as to not mix it too much with other Bayern talk that is going on in the DD.

  6. Vincent Kompany is going along with the changes in the squad. He wants to go along with the ‘revolution’ in the squad that Eberl and Freund want to initiate. That was also very important in the discussions.  [@altobelli13, 🎧 Stammplatz]

Maybe we are finnaly on the right track

  7. > [Jack Gaughan] Guardiola expected to step down as Man City manager next summer

  8. Ngl im kinda excited for Kompany. I have a good feeling that even if we dont succeed (result wise), atleast we’ll be playing offensive ball. The standards for competent coaching have been lowered so much this season that I don’t have many expectations results wise, I just want us firing on all cylinders again.

  9. Alonso, Klopp, Pep, Zidane and possibly Ancelotti being available next season is going to cause a crazy ripple effect on the market for managers. Every current coach at a top team, whether club or national, should be on high alert as they are going to be viewed super critical internally. Bayern, Barca, PSG, Arsenal for sure, but also Dortmund, Man U and Chelsea to an extent.

This could also lead to many coaches not being very risk friendly or experimental, resulting in a harder time for unproven talents.

  10. >According to @BILD, Assan Ouédraogo to Bayern is not a done deal yet. Release clause is around €8m and must be activated by June 15th. RB Leipzig remain interested in the midfielder

Bild stays with their claim that its not done yet, and that the fee is in the ballpark of 7.5m€.

  11. come on guys, i want that comunicado oficial, i want that press conference to look at our shiny, beautiful, bald head in the allianz

the rumours sound exciting as well, but i am not getting too excited about the squad “revolution” until i see it

  12. I got the job!!!? Soooo happy, this was weighing on my mind sooo much.

  13. Chelsea takes the same route as us, going after a relatively inexperienced coach that has mainly proven his worth in the championship who is a former Pep disciple and will cost more than 10m€.

Edit: forgot to say, he is even also bald.

  14. We must bring Pep back in 2025. We must convince him to choose us over Barcelona.

  15. So many positive voices from everyone regarding Kompany, watch us drop out against Kickers Offenbach in the first round of the Pokal

  16. With Reitz and Gruda joining the DFB squad as training dummies and potential replacements for injured players, seems like a defender that is already in the squad is the odd man out in the 27 men squad. One attacker, one midfielder and one defender as backups for now.
