    This is interesting. I’m dying to see what in the jury instructions he refers to. My guess is that there’s 3 charges for the underlying crime for jurors to choose from, and each juror must pick at least 1 to make it a felony.

  32. I believe he is trying to make a case for a biased judge. If he ridicules the judge enough on social media, than surely the judge will be biased against him. Problem is he will have to prove bias, and that is a lot harder than he might think.
