Northern food is expensive. Is climate change to blame?

1. I only skimmed the article but it doesn’t seem like expecting a western style diet that far north is feasible. I don’t know what grows locally that far north, either in the soil or hydroponically, but seems like folks are going to have to find their own local solutions.

   And northern Canada isn’t going to magically become temperate like southern Canada. It will be more inconsistent and unpredictable.
