  3. “Antics” are something the goofy neighbor on a sitcom does.

    Alito is a treasonous scumbag who is upending the rule of law in America. I read his Dobbs decision several times, and a 2nd year law student would have been failed trying to offer such unhinged, unsubstantiated, and poorly sourced drivel.

  4. I mean.. Dems have to show some concern to the public here, but I’m sure even Senators know this is in vain.

    Roberts did nothing when Thomas’ massive conflicts of interests and ethics violations came out. He’s definitely not going to do something now. He can’t even if he wanted to.

    Win the Presidency, win the House, and keep the Senate. That’s literally the only way forward to court reform or changing the makeup some day and actually undoing some of Alito’s pained legacy.

    If not, we’re going to be right back here years from now and even worse off, yelling at the clouds for “someone” to “do something about this.”

  10. Alito thinks he’s God’s chosen untouchable. Religion again taking over and ruining a good thing. He disgraces the court.

  12. The lack of concern makes me wonder if at least a few senate democrats have been on Harlan Crowe’s yacht.

  13. Imagine what the right would do if a democrat did half of what Alito did not to mention that republicans constantly make stuff up eg. the assassination thing

  14. I’m fairly disappointed we aren’t seeing Senate investigations every day into this Court. It’s the best issue Democrats have. Republicans voted like a 100 times to repeal the ACA. Even though they had no real intention of doing so. 

    You’d think Democrats would understand the more they can keep the Court in the news the more they can win the next election by.
