  5. Just looking at his posts (I don’t know what ‘Truth Social’ calls them?) he’s already grasping for excuses if he’s found guilty.

    Sounds like even Trump thinks the verdict will come back guilty & he’s trying to bait his followers into thinking he’s being persecuted (who else has the biggest persecution complex other than Donald Trump).

  13. I just love the justifications Faux News uses for tossing out this case, “it’s too hard to understand”. Yes Ainsley that should always be the measurement of whether a case should be followed, if it’s too difficult for your average viewer. By that fucked up logic, only cases involving SpongeBob should be allowed.

I have one question at this point: will the jury be able to find Trump guilty of the misdemeanor of fraudulent business practices without finding him guilty of the felony of carrying out that misdemeanor in furtherance of another crime (the campaign finance fraud) that raises the fraud charge to a state felony.

    *I likely have some of the terminology and details incorrect, but basically, could the jury come back guilty on a misdemeanor only and not guilty on the felony ………. that is my concern … I really want the felon to be found guilty for once.*

    Seems strange it’s not happening when you know his defence close will say lots of bollocks so now the prosecutors will have to object instead of calling out the lies
