  5. I believe the intent is no deep penetration missions.

    That ukraine can fly f16s and fire anti air missles to hunt planes even if the Russian plane crosses the border.

  7. This one, I at least understand, having an F16 shot down over Russia would be a disaster for all involved.

    Drones and missiles should be able to target any military target in Russian, the F16s can then focus on the UA theatre.

  19. Since Sweden said that it was ok to use Swedish supplied weapons in russia it might make sense for Ukraine to have both F-16 and Gripen then. I read something earlier about Sweden being asked to delay the delivery of Gripen… Seems like a strange coincidence.

  20. To be fair, I don’t see a case where they would be used within Russias borders anyway. All the illegally held territory is of course Ukrainian…

  22. Just mention the Ukraine passport holders within Russias borders, and say that you deem these areas are now part of Ukraine. Isn’t that how this works Mr Putin?

  23. Yea I mean flying their few f16 pilots over Russia for kill or capture isn’t exactly in the plans, but they could just not say these things
