Bit early to be getting players in for a Championship campaign
He went out on loan because Pep clearly didn’t see a spot in his team for Phillips. To see his performance (both the football performance and otherwise) at West Ham was disappointing. A move to Everton or West Ham or back to Leeds feels appropriate.

There is no appropriate move for this guy. He’s got a full set of medals and millions in the bank having given very little. Nice bloke , too nice. Needed to knuckle down and do it Peps way, but just didn’t have it in him to give. Sad tale.
