Ukraine should just start using their own weapons to target Russia. Belgorod is within range of Ukrainian artillery. Shell it day and night until they have to evacuate the city and see what that does to Putins approval rating.
Or alternatively just get directly involved.
Supplying Ukraine with F-16s and training Ukrainian pilots to fly F-16s is great, but using them inside Russia is the same as the US attacking Russia.
So just use American F-35s directly. It will end the war sooner and save lives; both Ukrainian and Russian.
Yes, this is escalation, but it’s escalation either way, so just do it right.
