The skewed lines in the picture really hurt my eyes, not to mention the finger, but it’s amusing how much the media makes out of winter. Yes, it actually snows in winter, and pretty often it’s windy too. Sanomatalo even has a live weather camera on the roof, for chrissakes. This one was supposed to be the sort of storm that happens only once or twice in a decade, and much was made of a red warning used for the first time ever. But it turned out to be just regular poor winter weather, and there weren’t any particular difficulties in traffic either.
