[Relevo] Real Madrid continues to take steps to sign Alphonso Davies… For less than 40M euros. The club maintains its plan to incorporate the Canadian full-back, although it is trying to lower the price. Bayern has a very clear position with Davies: either he renews or gets sold this summer.

   I’m fine to be proven wrong but we’re strong enough on the left side and need a good defensive LB, which we have in Mendy and will not get with Davies

3. can Davies play RB? he ain’t replacing the rock-solid Mendy anytime soon unless Mendy starts with his injury streak ( I wish the best for Mendy and he should not get injured)

5. As much as I’d like Davies, I like the defensive balance we get with Mendy. More firepower is always great, but we already have that.

6. You guys forget that there’s gonna be more games in the UCL next season. We definitely need Davies, with friendship FC this guy is gonna soar higher. Mendy won’t play all the games by himself we need qualities on every position.

7. Mostly negative comments so far, but I’m personally a fan of giving the coach another weapon to use as they see fit. No doubt he could be lethal for us at times. At the very least it gives the team flexibility of an even more attacking option.
