5. This has been the defense’s MO all trial long – say things that the jury hears, but gets stricken from the record. Ring bells that can’t be unrung, even though they’re not supposed to.

15. If I’m on a jury and your lawyer pulls crap like this…you’re guilty. You should have instructed your attorney to play fair.
