In Polish rent sites like otodom and olx, there are multiple prices listed for rent. What is the actual rent for the apartment? How much would I pay a month in total?

You probably have to pay both. One goes to the renter (owner), and second one, czynsz goes to “spółdzielnia” (kinda like building administration)
I think initial number refers to rent price
Below number stands for utilities and additional charges.
But bruh why this place is like 6k 💀
You have 3 numbers:
1. Money you pay each month for renting an appartment
2. Security deposit that you give to the owner when you make an agreement(and that you’ll get back at the end(probably))
3. Price for water\gas\heating\cleaning territory that you also pay to the owner, but it is kind of tied to your resource consumption. I.e. I’m consuming less than owner assumed, so we agreed on not paying this for 2 months
Also you’d probably have to pay for the electricity and it’s not included in this czynsz payment
