I bought a Cactus for a colleague today, she loved it and said it was beautiful to my surprise. So, as it only costs £2.50 I bought a couple more. Good cheap gift idea or not really?

I’d like it
It’s not bad, for the office. Birthdays etc
Entirely depends on the occasion and the recipient, but sometimes sure, very nice. Almost certainly something you can over do though.
Yes. Decent.
I’d be happy with a succulent
Just waiting for your colleague to post: a workmate got me a cactus. I appreciated it and told them it was beautiful. They’ve now got me eighteen more. I’ve run out of desk space and every time I reach for the stapler I’m impaled by prickles. I’m too polite to refuse further cacti. Am thinking of quitting my job and moving across the country.
I’d like it. They are cute but very, very low maintenance so good for a plant lover or a novice. They also look great with googly eyes.
Depends on how much you dislike them, some cacti and just pointy and would take significant effort to prick yourself, other have a chemical component that makes a prick feel like a stab.
I would like it as a present, but I like plants anyway and have cacti at home.
Nah… I fucks with it though
If she liked it, then yeah, it’s a good gift. If you gave it to someone who doesn’t like cacti, it’d be a shite gift.
It isn’t rocket science mate, just think about the person you’re giving too.
