  1. So… Calling that “virtual power plants” is either an idiosyncrasy, or being a “power plant” is something forced by regulators… Otherwise, why not simply say it’s a number of small generators spread out over the state? Why invent a new term?

    Oh I looked it over. It’s not an article it’s a blatant puff piece. The writer is clearly beyond shame.
