“Mmmmm… *pancakes*…”
I will write a recipe based on one medium-sized chicken egg, and you can add products depending on how many eggs you have. So, for one chicken egg, you need 0.5 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of potato starch, 2 tablespoons of flour, and a pinch of salt. Add everything one by one, mixing well so that there are no lumps (or throw everything into a food processor or use a mixer), then add milk a little bit. about three times. the consistency of the dough should not be too liquid. I don’t know the exact amount of milk to add, it’s different every time. You can try frying a few drops of dough to see if it’s suitable 🙂 You can also add half a tablespoon of oil to the dough to make it easier to fry. For the filling, you can use minced meat, minced liver, stewed apples, poppy seeds, and of course, cottage cheese.
Kind of like a potato crepe. Looks delish.
