1. Dude did not age well, he looks plenty old enough for being in the Falklands War.

2. Surely military record is something very easily checked, if they are missing that what else are they missing.

   How many ex-wives does this guy have?

   Is there any British institution that is not control by the venal and the incompetent? The police cannot even be bothered to check the bona fides of the people put in charge.
