I drew an Irish warrior girl from my comic about bards and druids

  1. This is a character from my comic, Aideen the village hurling team captain, and druid’s oldest daughter. My comic is called Oi! Tales of Bardic Fury. It’s set in 360 AD Ireland and follows a bard-in-training who gets sent to a village by the sea that never heard music before. There he forms a band with the locals, gets in to an inter-village hurling rivalry that goes wrong and eventually finds himself fighting a global cabal of druids dedicated to controlling the ancient music industry!

  3. Sorry to be a buzzkill but Gaelic people didn’t paint themselves! That was a Pictish thing.

  4. Is she wearing an invisible corset? That hairstyle would take ages to do. Time she could be spending fighting.
