… No, that’s the Tories and their decade of corrupt behaviour.
>Go too hard on the government and we get the extraordinary situation where a civil servant has brought down a Prime Minister.
Wat?
How else could it happen?
Yes of course its extraordinary. So were the constant rule breaking parties. So are many of other actions of this government. We’ve yet to see the blackmail scandal fully rear it’s head.
But it won’t be Grey bringing down Johnson. It will be his own actions. It will be the culture he fostered.

How to repair the damage-
* bring in PR
* write a constitution
* central funding for political parties, ban donations, membership fees and cash transactions of all kinds
* retain House of Lords but with strict election and attendance rules, no cronyism, no titles
* raise mp’s wages and get rid of expenses and subsidies
* turn hop into a museum and build govt complexes across the uk, including regional meeting places and second homes and move parliament to Manchester
* external watchdog, no internal investigations
* honours list restricted to ordinary folk
