What is the situation with this road, I remember many years ago I drove it and it was one of the most amazing things I have ever seen! Is it driveable in a weeks time? Or is it snow there? Thank you!

Its no problem to drive this road in june
Should be fine, however the forecast predicts cold weather and risk of sleet towards the end of next week. So keep an eye on the forecast, don’t be in a rush, and drive with caution.
