Fingers crossed.
There goes my sleep…
Go time??
No worries. Ruzzian air defense is perfect. All feeble westoid missiles have been intercepted by superior S400, however the falling debris ironically landed on some sweet military targets.
Probably more air defence systems going to the scrap yard in the area. Doubtful it’s the bridge.
F16s, in combination with other systems, will crumble that bridge.
One day I will celebrate the fall of the bridge by cooking a cake replica and instead of eating it I will smash it to pieces
My guess is they are going after air defence. You don’t use atacams for bridge work.
🍿got my interest for sure.
My theory (based on nothing) is Ukraine doesn’t actually care about taking out the bridge as a strategic goal (the Russians have become less and less reliant on it since 2022). Instead, they are baiting Russian air defence systems into the area so they can destroy them with ATACMS.
Ukraine: “We’re really going to destroy the bridge this time”
Russia moves more air defence systems to Crimea*
Ukraine takes out air defence systems guarding the bridge*
Ukraine: “Okay we are definitely going to hit it this time”
Rinse and repeat.
I’m sure Ukraine would love to destroy the bridge. But having the Russians cluster their expensive air defence systems into a relatively small area lets them consistently hit high level equipment.
Zeroing in! Testing the radar. Here we go
I’m trying really hard not to type in all caps! Has it happened!?!?
