Checking the enlistment records/draft cards likely was Morton Feinberg (closest match for anyone from Vineland NJ).
Enlisted April 3, 1941, discharged October 12, 1945.
It looks like he was wounded probably within a few days after this picture was taken. Shows up as suffering spinal injury due to artillery/blast effects in February of 1945. Draft card/hospital record: https://imgur.com/a/Aoy25E0
