  1. They’re escaping in droves, everywhere I look in Dublin there are Indian people, it used to be for IT jobs I now think it’s the climate

  2. And people keep telling me I’m crazy for pointing out that’s probably why they’re coming to Canada in record numbers..

The great climate migration has already begun!

  3. Isn’t this the maximum temperature the human body can withstand? Imagine what would happen if in a few decades it reaches 60°C – it would start sous videing people.

  4. Indian bosses are fine. They help Putin buy fossils to fuel war — militarize this planet (as if there will be no consequences). But they forgot the climate has a final say…

  5. If only there had been warnings that we were heading here.

  6. Delhi smells horrible on normal days, it must be impossible to breath without puking at that temp

  7. This is why Indians are escaping to countries like Canada en-masse.

This is the big part of the climate crisis people have been talking about – massive waves of people from places like India to wealthy countries in the Northern and Southern hemisphere.

  8. The fact it is only late may and the full effects of the summer heat have yet to come it quite concerning, even those who proclaim Climate change and global warming as hoaxes will soon have witness on their very own the objectiveness of the situation,it is only bound to get worse in the coming years and decades

  9. From my understanding, this would get significantly worse should the AMOC collapse. The heat would be trapped around the equator even more than it is now.

I have no idea how these people are dealing with this…..

  10. If we only could have predicted this about 20-30 years ago and maybe done something to mitigate or prevent it.

  11. I hope the world is aware that this is only the beginning. Things will only get worse from here and at a more rapid pace. These poor scientists have known for decades, and we’re about to see their warnings come to fruition tenfold.

  12. This is…

*checks what 50c is in fahrenheit*

    …terrifying.

  13. Global warming. Our new reality. Global South will suffer more than Global North.

  14. This and the humidity. How on earth can people survive under that conditions?

  15. Why hasn’t the son of god on earth fixed this yet?

  16. I feel for em. Being Las Vegas born and raised summers get hot. Working off the strip all the electricity, traffic, people, and glass super heats the area melting plastic on cars. About to start getting hot here in 1 month or so. We’re only hitting 40°c for now; so not too bad.

  17. I remember being in Delhi airport at night. You can feel the humidity inside. The international departure line snaked outside a little bit, and I remember feeling warm even then.

  18. Who cares. Not corporate. So nothing will be done. Reaching new heat limits every year is the norm now. So if they want to do something about it. Actually follow with constituent that is actually listening to the voters and not lobbies. But oh well it snowed last year so nothing’s wrong. Right?

  19. I just looked up 50c which is 122 in Fahrenheit which is crazy! I don’t understand how they’re going to survive if it gets any hotter.

  20. Sounds like they better convert to Fahrenheit before it’s too late.

  21. India is going to turn into a nocturnal civilization soon. They’re going to have to hide inside all day and go out at night.

  22. Coal still going?
    Dumping into water ways?
    Wait till next year

  23. unless they change drastically, it’s not going to get better. they burn trash in droves over there, and that’s just a part of it, many things need to change for it to even get slightly better if it is even reversible at this point

  24. Modi should use some of his mystical god energy to chill the environment.

  25. India kinda reminds me Arizona. Why people would live in such an inhospitable place is insanity.

  26. Just curious, but does smog and pollution have any impact on the heat like concrete and asphalt do?
