I have these roller shutter. They seem to by stuck while they are closed. It opens a very small amount as in the pic and does not open any further. Nothing seem to be broken. Is there a fix for this?

Maybe one of the bars(?) is out of line and blocking the whole thing. Go outside and look, if you can push it back in line
