  1. I spend more time trying to find something worth watching than actually watching a movie or show.

As little TV as we watch, this will have little effect, other than selecting other options to Amazon Prime.

Everything seems to be a rental these days anyway

  2. If something is advertised to me, I will under no circumstances whatsoever purchase that item. I will not be goaded into participating in this capitalist hellscape anymore than I’m required to.

  3. I’m about to end my prime this year, after having it for well over a decade.

I buy less on Amazon, they’re less reliable delivery, less quality (don’t know if you’re getting something legit), lackluster prime video value, and the insertion of ads is even worse.

  4. I really don’t care about prime video, I’m keeping prime for the fast delivery. Getting shit the same day or the next morning is crazy and worth it. Saves me time having to get rando supplies I need for my home.

  5. If I pay for streaming, I’m expecting to pay to not watch ads.

  6. Literally the most jankiest UI of all the major streaming services
