2. The sooner the call is made, the better. Ukraine can’t survive if it has to restrain itself from defending against an aggressor. Give them more funding, more support, and stop this Putin war machine.

9. It’s worth remembering that Putin put bounties on US troops in Syria and Iraq and helped arm the militias there that were fighting US soldiers. He’d have zero qualms about using weapons to hit the mainland US if this situation were reversed.

   Ukraine is an independent sovereign nation who was brutally attacked. We should not be telling them what they can and can’t do to defend themselves.

10. It’s absurd decision-making that this hasn’t already been approved when the whole country, minus the MAGA folks on the payroll, knows that Russia needs to be defeated. Meanwhile, Israel already has the privilege in a war that is tearing Democrats apart at the seams.

16. This is likely as a direct result of Russia attacking kharkiv directly from their territory. Before the opening of this front there wasn’t really a need* at the frontline outside of very deep strategic strikes that would be more escalating than the US would be comfortable with.

    *Of course if the US really wanted Ukraine to turn the war around they would allow long range strategic strikes on factories/logistics etc
