1. Puh – du könntest versuchen herauszufinden was es ist (Sperling?) und versuchen ob es von einer Pinzette artentsprechendes Futter annimmt.

   Bird temperature is between 39-43. You can put warm water on a bottle, involved in a fabric to keep it warm.

   Dry cat/dog food, mixed with warm water makes a good emergency food. Fold a coffee spun to feed or a small syringe.

   You will see the food in accumulating inside a pouch on it neck. If it’s foil stop feeding.
   If it’s not opening its mouth, you can try playing birds singing from YouTube. I don’t know which bird is , try local ones until the baby responds.
