4. This restrictions are so stupid. It’s like say in medieval times, one kingdom gives swords to another and says “no, you can’t use this sword on enemy territory so they accuse us we’re attacking them, ok?”

   You can’t hit ruski runways with air defense weapons.

7. For his part the U.S. official told the post:

   *“There is no restriction on Ukraine using the U.S.-supplied air defenses to shoot down Russian missiles or fighter jets over Russian territory if they pose a threat to Ukraine.”*

   So, they are Russian. They pose a threat to Ukraine. I take that as tacit approval to obliterate all Russian materiel assets, anywhere.
