My mother is a Bulgarian and my father is a Bulgarian Gypsy, I come from the city Pleven but I live in a Western-European country for my studies.
So in Bulgaria, your ethnicity is determined by your father only, so I am a gypsy 'циганин'.
I'm only 20 years old but I want to be repatriated back to India after my studies since its my real country.
Are there any procedures I can follow in Bulgaria for a repatriation?
I already have sent an email to the Indian consulate (as in the picture) to see if im eligible.
Any opinions / advice on how to proceed?
How likely is it that there are other Bulgarian gypsies in India? Because I can currently speak Bulgarian, Dutch and English but not their language (not yet..)
