2. That is even beyond negligence and running into the statistically suspicious.

3. If Russia is allowed to bomb Russian territory Ukraine should be too.

6. Is it possible some Russian pilots don’t want to fly in a heavy contested air space and drop their bombs early? It happened before in earlier wars like WW2, Korea or Vietnam.
