I’m disabled and have been mostly bedbound for the last 4 years. Luckily most days I’m able to get to the toilet and get to my microwave and kettle in the kitchen. Before my condition worsened I had about 2 or 3 hours of ‘activity’ per day. I was passionate about my garden and my indoor plants. Out of over 20 indoor plants only 3 have survived my neglect. Dozens of outdoor plants in pots also died.
This made/makes me sad because I loved every plant. Being very sick in bed meant I was simply unable to water the plants thus a mass die off. But this ivy from outside has come through my kitchen window and It cheers me up when I see it. Having it’s roots outside in the ground means I don’t have to worry about watering it. Yay.
Looks like the start of a horror film to me
Great stuff! A couple of the leaves even look like hearts.
