Before people jump into wild conclusions. This is an obvious step once the bribery charge was dropped. Due to the statue of limitations, Laporta and his board could only be accussed if the charge was bribery.
We are still at the stage of deciding what charges could technically fit, not yet deciding wether the charges have merit.
