Is this Gold or something valuable? I got this from a pharmacy when buying my medicines. The cashier said that I’m a lucky customer and therefore she gave me this coin.

No, it says: “well advised, money saved”. But I doubt it has any value itself.
It is called „Apothekentaler“ and is some kind of loyalty/rewards scheme. I’d guess the specifics depend on your pharmacy.
Maybe you can use it for shopping carts at the supermarket.
Ask her if you can exchange it for her phone number ;)? And if she says “no”, tell her that you are not so lucky after all.
Gold? Hardly: it’s likely to be brass.
Some pharmacies give this out as tokens to customers for whatever reason they want (as a loyalty scheme, or to apologize for having to wait a long time, or if they spend a certain amount of money in the store), and they can usually be exchanged for discounts or reward.
If you have no use for it yourself, you can give it to anyone you want. I believe there are some charities that collect them and distribute them to the needy. Some people just collect them.
Thank you everyone 🙂
