  1. It’s mostly cyanobacteria in Clear Lake.

    Here is a link to a great interactive website that uses satellite data to estimate the concentration of cyanobacteria in large lakes across California. You can change the settings to see Chlorophyll-a concentrations also. A great way to visualize blooms and see trends over time.
