Hi Everyone!
Today, some of my crazier friends and I are doing another charity Tube Line walk. It's an annual tradition; we start stupidly early and walk via every station along the route until the bitter end. Seriously, the 75,000 steps of the Metropolitan line (post-foot surgery) nearly killed me… though the pints bought for us at the finish line by a kind redditor brownsnake84 definitely eased the pain!
This year we're doing two-in-one – the Hammersmith & City and Waterloo & City lines, all the way from Barking to Hammersmith, then to Waterloo, and finishing up in Bank! At the very least, it's going to be 37 km (23 miles) and about 9 hours+ of walking, with very little stopping along the way!
We're doing it for Tommy's the baby charity, so if you want to donate and support, please do! But if not, please send all the good vibes you can… we'll need them!!! 🙂
