russia suffered incredible record-breaking losses in May 2024 at the capable hands of the AFU.
With 38,900 casualties, this month dwarfed the previous record set in December 2023, which was 29,970.
On average, russia lost 1,255 soldiers every single day, with a daily record of 1,740 on 12/13 May.
Unsurprisingly, this past month also saw the worst weekly personnel losses for russia, with 10,160 casualties between 11 and 17 May.
Additionally, russia experienced record or near-record equipment losses:
– 1,831 vehicles and fuel tanks (previous record: 1,546 in March 2024)
– 1,160 artillery systems (previous record: 976 in March 2024)
– 1,079 UAVs (previous record: 963 in March 2024)
– 880 armored personnel carriers (second only to 905 in March 2022)
– 428 tanks (second only to 521 in October 2023)
– 201 units of special equipment (second only to 215 in March 2024)
I wish the AFU happy hunting in June!

Wow the kremlin dgaf about human life
Seeing such a slaughter of my countrymen is kinda heartbreaking, even if it’s justified.
Great work on the graphs.
They make clear the overall trends – the losses of personnel, artillery, vehicles and so on are all on an upward curve. As this year progresses, the curve will become increasingly apparent.
Towards the end of this year, it will become obvious the suicidal Russian Empire is speed racing to its own destruction – with many of its personnel literally doing this on motorbikes.
Keep it up, dummies. A huge shame that any Ukrainians had to die for this result.
