Sensitive topic. Lot of wishful thinking. Owners, especially new ones, will say that is going up because they don’t want to think that they could have done a better deal by waiting or acknowledge that the value of their good is going down. Wannabe owners will say that it will continue to go down, because they do not want to think that they miss a one in a life time opportunity to buy.
In my humble opinion, it will remain stable for one or two years with less transactions. People forced to sell being the losers, people cash rich being the winners.
