I also feel bad for people who go into the trades but don’t become a top 5% owner-operator.
The guy sitting in the truck at the job site has a decent life… everyone else is questionable.
for finance, you can get a 10 yoe person for 150k and 2 yoe for 110k.
people with 10 yoe have 30 yr fixed mortages at 2.5% and a 300k mortage. those 2 yoe folks are faced looking down the barrel of a 7.5% and 400k mortgage.
its much harder for this generation than it is for millennials.
for businesses. 40k more is nothing, but 8 yoe is alot.
Paywall so can’t comment on the article itself. But perhaps it’s because modern Bachelor of Arts degrees in most any subject results in no practical real world marketable skills??
