Biggest longshot in the world here.
Live in Dudley, and bought my terrace in 2017. Previous owner ended up in hospice and passed from my understanding. Through the door each year I've had pictures of a wedding. No name attached, just pictures. I'm in the process of moving out and selling, but want to at least try and get these photos to a family member for a wedding that obviously happened a long time ago. Any suggestions where to start? Halesowen, Dudley.

If theres a year for the wedding I’d get an ancestry account for a month and try to cross reference a date of the wedding with the address.
Where did the information come from about the hospice, maybe try that source or neighbours, no return information on the packet?
If no return address was it stamped, if not it was hand delivered?
When you own a property it should come with deeds and may have previous information, when you bought the property can you contact any parties who might have access to such information?
The 2nd photo of the wedding party looks spooky as fuck. Maybe the photos are all cursed? I’d be calling Yvette Fielding and a Priest asap.
What do you mean by “through the door each year”? Someone just comes by to your house every year, once a year, and just puts these through your mail box?
Damn those are Kodachrome slides, someone is probably missing them, they perhaps got sent away for prints and have somehow returned to wrong address?
I don’t know how common a surname skupien is, but a couple come up on Facebook not too far away.
Are there any more of the slides taken outside tge church? Might help in figuring out which church the wedding was held at.
I looked in the Dudley news and in 1995, a man called Chris (The Pole) SKUPIEN, died. His wife Carol put a notice in the paper thanking people for attending the service etc. She’s referred to Mark Roy Timmins funeral director as a family friend. Personally, I’d start there.
I’d try the local FB group. Post the name on the card and the photos and see if anybody can ID.
I joined the new one in my town when looking for a new gardener and half the posts are people putting up photos of mail that came to the wrong house.
Maybe you should invite your neighbours for a slide night?
Mifht be worth asking a geo guesser as to the wedding may have been and then maybe go there with pics, or post them on local fb groups see if anyone recognises anyone from piccies. Best of luck.
I’d go to the local paper. They are always desperate for content.
