  2. I read allies asked Czechs to not pronounce large deliveries cause we couldn’t

  3. Plenty of money in these counties for illegal immigrants but when it comes to helping a fellow nation all of a sudden the coffers are dry.

  4. Because countries want their own defense industries to build shells. They don’t want to buy them off third parties.

  5. Because its risky. Who knows where they are coming from, who knows how old they are, who knows if they still functional. Would you invest millions into a product you haven’t even seen and will probably never see? A German Military expert said the last time half the shells were rusty and unusable + Russia found out who the seller was and suddenly the west had to bid for those shells against Russia who also wanted to buy them. It makes sense not to continue investing into these “found shells” and its smarter to push the own industry to produce more instead.
