Maybe I would file a complain with the owner against this slightly insane person because of “Störung des Hausfriedens” if I had a bad day.
Also, posting their rants outside of a designated black board for messages between residents is vandalism. Removing these isn’t.

Who here actually believes that part about police? I don’t believe for a second they’re running fingerprint checks for vandalism of what could be considered vandalism and flyposting.
