I am learning German (along with Dutch, Czech, Ukrainian, French, and Russian) on Duolingo. I am active with Dutch and Russian, but because of many immigrants in my country (Canada), I grew up with hearing Dutch and German being spoken often (besides my country's official languages which are English and French). 😊
Without lyrics, I can hear familiar words (like "spielen"), which is a good start since I have to start somewhere to become familiar with any language that I am learning. French, I am relearning since it is taught poorly in English speaking regions of Canada, and I do not live far from towns where they are bilingual, so it would be nice to relearn French, plus that language has influenced almost every other language in Europe, including German. 😊🎶
If possible, please transcribe the lyrics in German, and if possible, please translate the lyrics into English, and also describe what the meaning of the words of this song. 😊🎶

I hear the verb “to know” being said in this song! That is that is the only verb my brain can recognize being said in this song! 😊
Again, a learner has to start somewhere. Even if it is understanding basic words (a few) out of numerous other words being sung in a song. 🤷♀️🎶
