Ukraine Official Admits Russia “Leading” In War | Blinken Says Kyiv Allies Will “Adjust, Adapt” Arms

[Music] [Music] [Music] I think what you’ve seen over the last two plus years is as the nature of the uh Battlefield has changed uh as the the locations uh the um um means uh that Russia uh is employing have uh have changed we’ve adapted and adjusted to that including for example by the different kinds of weapon systems that we and allies and partners have provided to Ukraine and at every step along the way we’ve adapted and adjusted um as necessary and and so that’s exactly what we’ll do going forward we’re always listening we’re always learning and we’re always making determinations about uh what’s necessary to make sure that Ukraine can effectively continue to defend itself we’re aware of the interest that president zinsky has expressed in this regard I would tell you that uh there’s uh no change to our policy at this point we don’t encourage or enable the use of us supplied weapons to strike inside Russia uh I would note that uh that U the the ukrainians have in the past U defeated imminent air attacks um such as some of the ones that have occurred uh in the last few days on their own since the War Began [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] Zia NATO is a defensive Alliance uh we don’t want to change anything on that on the other side if we want to defend Europe uh we are quite open in recognizing what threathening uh European Defense that’s uh in my eyes Russian imperialism I’m calling on other states to have a common strategy to contain uh Russia uh and uh definitely every step which will help Ukraine uh will also help to uh to this goal so we are very open to use NATO as a platform and time to to create for example certain apparatus which would be helping to that also I really welcome the idea that we will have a common scrutiny uh with certain price like how do we help to Ukraine so the effort is uh distributed equally uh given the economic strength and uh size of those countries at sural there are some quite uh ways how to how to do so uh and how to do it in long term and that will be a very strong message to Putin that his Imperial Ambitions will not be unchecked [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] for for

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken said Ukraine’s allies would “adapt and adjust” weapons deliveries to ensure Kyiv’s success. Russia said Moscow regarded the planned supplies of nuclear-capable F-16 fighters to Ukraine as a “signal action” by NATO. Lavrov criticised the US for aiding Ukraine, saying Washington has become “an accomplice in the crimes of the Kyiv regime”. The Russian Foreign Minister said China could arrange a peace conference in which Russia and Ukraine would participate, the RIA news agency reported. The Czech Foreign Minister urged NATO needs to send a signal that it will contain “Russian imperialism” and every move to aid Ukraine will help it do this.

  8. It would be illusory to think that the United States wants to impose its style of "democracy" and its savage capitalism through peaceful means. Currently, the United States is experiencing its most difficult moments as an empire. The dollar is dying and with it, the entire system based on rules imposed through extortion and blackmail, if not by blood and fire. In my view, the United States has no other way out than war, pushing for it, first to the last Ukrainian, and then to its European satellites to economically and militarily wear down Russia to the maximum possible, then intervene directly, which which will almost certainly lead the world into a total conflagration. There was the opportunity to address the just Russian security claims in the diplomatic sphere, but they were not listened to by the United States, and they were not because that would have accelerated the bankruptcy of the old world order, with the United States at the head and dragging down the entire world with it, because everything revolves around the economy.
