    If you want to be able to influence the government, elected liberals. They actually give into public pressure.

    Republicans absolutely do not give a fuck and have no damn shame at all. They would never force Israel to change an operation due to the fear of civilian casualties. They’d actually encourage them.

  10. This is why there hasnt been peace since the country was established. Israel is never allowed to achieve total victory and is always pressured to pull up short and allow their enemies to reorganize and live to fight again.

    To his defense, he didn’t stop arm shipments throughout this war, and we do very appreciate this administration.

    The U.S. holds many leverages over Israel but doesn’t make threats and has been consistent in its support.

    However, it is safe to say that Israel would’ve operated differently if not for demands from the American administration, which is almost always the position the Israeli governments eventually align with for better or worse.

    I personally do believe that the US has Israels interests in mind and sometimes we do need the Americans to save us from ourselves.

    Elections would probably be announced for this year and Netanyahu is going for good.
