The website straight up asks for bank login which seems suspicious as well.
Is this how one receives traffic fines? If this is legitimate, there seems to be some mistake. Where can I get more info?

Wouldn’t open it. Tickets come via mail.
Scam, 100 %.
Traficom collects vehicle taxess (ajoneuvovero). They are not tickets/fines (sakko).
