I wonder if everywhere offered a small discount for every transaction if you speak Irish would people make an effort to speak Irish here and there? Like how we don’t like spending 22c on plastic bags. Could be a more realistic way to bring Irish back as a language we speak
It’s actually 1€ cheaper to walk across the road to fallon and Byrne if you are buying a tub of ice cream for some reason.
