Hello everyone, I hope all of you are doing well. I had a query regarding the 140-hour work rule for students in Germany. I am a Master's student at TU, I have a job at my university which is a Research Assistant job that requires me to work 10 hours per week. But this job falls under the academic jobs category.
I am also getting a job in an Industry which will require me to work for 15 hours per week. If I take that job and decide to do both, will that be a problem? Because I know that academic jobs don't count in the rules. So according to rule, I'll be working only 15 hours per week but technically I'll be working 25.
So I want advise on that. Here is a link that I referred:

Thank you all!!

Your student-job doesnt count towards the work rule. You can safely took the second “real” job.
