Hi,

I'm in a supermercado, which one of these is the 𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒚 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒄𝒌 Spanish hot chocolate?

  1. Paladín 2,89. Just put some milk and the powder in the microwave and ready.

  2. You can cook it yourself very easily at home too, just buy chocolate powder (like 80% or so), mix it with milk and sugar to your taste, and when it is almost boiling add a little bit of corn starch mixed with cold water, let’s say half a teaspoon and 30ml of water for a cup of chocolate. Keep heating and mixing until it gets the consistency you like. If it is too liquid you can add more corn starch, always premixed in cold water to avoid clumps.

  3. Normally “a la taza”, but you can also pick the colacao pure
