I’m currently dieting and looking for a lower calorie alternative snack to these AH waffles. For reference each waffle has around 215 calories. Please drop your recommendations.

Those are a variant of “Luikse wafels”, so waffles in the style from Liege.
I don’t know any ready-made low calorie variants, but there certainly are recipes to be found for making your own. They’ll often use banana and alternatives to the wheat flour, and of course other options for sweetening it than the copious sugar.
They can be surprisingly good actually.
The entire point of them is that they’re fat and coated in lumps of sugar, so no. Not waffles at least.
Rijstwafel met kaas
Banana, Apple, etc.
Muslireep (light?)
Eat some fruit, drink a glass of water, popcorn can also help, or brush your teeth.
I never eat things like that. I do like my chocolate though and more healthy options I go for are for example:

(I don’t particularly like the taste of 0 or 2% yoghurt only so I often put some sweetener (0% lemonade) or a little bit of fruitspread/jam or some (frozen) fruit in it.)
For breakfast or lunch I sometimes put 15 grams of this

How about just eating half? There’s a snack for ya that is 50% lower in calories and just as delicious?
good thing I find them gross. sickening sweet smell, unpleasant texture of stale white bread.
2 glasses of water and determination
Either eat fewer of them, or eat another snack that’s also just carbohydrates with flavouring and that’s just smaller/lighter.
Or eat an actually healthy snack, like fruit.
You’re not gonna find a healthy waffle. You don’t eat waffles with the goal of eating healthy.
If your diet is intended for weight-loss, then cut off snacks entirely.
Satiate yourself by eating high carb/low calorie meals, drink a lot of (and only) water, coffee, or tea (without adding sugar) to replace any kind of soft- or fruit drink. Don’t overdo things, because it must still be something you can maintain over a long period of time. Having a “cheat” day where you eat something unhealthy is fine, but don’t make it a habbit and don’t overdo it. Tracking your calorie intake really helps with this. If youn speak/read Dutch, then the “Mijn Eetmeter” app is very helpful.
Replacing snacks isn’t a great idea, because you need to train yourself out of that habbit. Most of the time snacking is a prime reason for being overweight, so you may be doing it too much. Believe me, you can go without snacks if you plan your meals well. It also helps to do an activity that requires your full focus. For example, watching TV or reading a book can be great with decent self-control, but if you have trouble here it’s too easy to feel like something is missing and you end up grabbing a snack. If you feel like you need to wean yourself off of snacks, then snack on cherry tomatoes, carrots, or cucumber. While nuts are healthy, they’re also high calorie, so if you go that route then definitely avoid the salty/sweetened ones and carefully ration yourself.
Anything that you can buy as a snack in the supermarket isn’t healthy. There is no alternative to these waffles that will feel like a similar snack but healthier. It just doesn’t exist.
Brusselse wafels zijn veel lichter (en superieur!) maar ik weet niet of je die in Nederland kan krijgen. Rijstwafels willen nog wel eens helpen tegen knabbeldrang.
